When will my order be shipped?

Our current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks as each sign is handmade. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping.

 

Do you do custom signs or can I change the wording or colors of an existing design?

Yes, we love working with customers and creating custom signs for your home! Each sign can be completely customized to your family values, favorite scriptures, inspirational quotes, or unique phrases. Fonts and colors of existing signs in our shop can be changed to match your style or home. To order a custom sign, please go to the “Customize” section of our site.

 

What materials are used in making our signs?

Our signs are 100% wood and are handcrafted with love out of the best materials possible to offer you an heirloom to last lifetimes. We craft our signs using cabinet grade birch, native cypress, and pine.  All of our birch is cut from domestically grown and sustainably harvested mature birch trees.  We have selected cypress for our frames. Frames are nailed instead of stapled for maximum durability. For our supports, we apply ¾” pine and a ready to hang systems using wire and screws built to support over 100 lbs. Our signs are finished with a non-toxic polycrylic protective finish. This gives our signs a durable finish for a lifetime of use in your home or on a covered porch.

 

Can I send a sign directly to someone as a gift?

Absolutely, we will happily send a sign directly to someone as a gift and can also include a gift message from you. Our signs make great Mother’s Day, Christmas, housewarming, or baby shower presents!

 

How is my sign shipped?

We ship all signs via FedEx with delivery confirmation and tracking. You will get an email with tracking information when your sign ships.  FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the continental United States.

 

My order arrived incorrect or damaged?

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. If an item has been damaged in transit please email us and send us pictures of the damaged packaging and/or sign. We will happily work with you to get it fixed. Our desire is for you to love your sign when it is delivered.

 

Can I cancel or refund my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order up to 5 days after purchase of a stock sign, as we start on our signs as soon as they are ordered. If you have ordered a custom sign, we will not be able to refund your money.
